Is delivery or setup included?
Delivery and setup are available for an additional fee at venues in central Pennsylvania. They are quoted separately from the decor. Share your venue, date, and setup needs so Jessie can confirm travel, access, timing, and the full cost before booking.
Can suitable pieces be shipped?
Suitable banners, apparel, and gifts can ship nationwide. Shipping options, cost, and arrival timing are confirmed for your project; large displays need an individual discussion.
What about deposits, changes, or rentals?
Ask Jessie to confirm payment timing, design revisions, and any change or cancellation terms before committing. Rentals, collection, and teardown are not established package inclusions.
Does filling out the inquiry book my order?
No. The inquiry page prepares a message for you to copy and send to Jessie on Instagram. It does not send a request or take payment. Scope, availability, pricing, and timing still need to be agreed with Jessie.
