Is delivery or setup included?
For custom wedding decor, delivery and setup are quoted separately from the pieces. The seating chart rental includes delivery, setup and collection in its package total. Share your venue, date and access needs so Jessie can confirm travel, timing and the full cost before booking.
Can pieces be shipped?
Suitable banners, apparel and gifts ship nationwide. Shipping cost and arrival timing are confirmed for your project; large displays need an individual plan.
What about deposits, changes or cancellations?
Ask Jessie to confirm payment timing, design revisions and any change or cancellation terms before committing. Rental timing and booking terms are confirmed directly with her, too.
Does sending an inquiry book my order?
No. An inquiry starts the conversation; it doesn’t book dates or take payment. Scope, availability, pricing and timing are agreed with Jessie first.
