What is included in the seating display rental?
The complete package includes a folding rattan/cane screen rental, personalized printed seating cards and a coordinated heading, design and proof approval, delivery, setup and collection. Your quote confirms the exact presentation and event logistics.
How much does the package cost?
Each rental receives one individually quoted package total. The quote accounts for your personalization, venue, travel, installation and collection logistics. Share your event details so Jessie can price the complete service. There is no published fixed price.
Do you create our seating plan?
You choose the table assignments and supply the final guest names. Jessie handles the presentation: designing, printing and arranging your seating information on the display. You approve a proof before printing.
How many guests will the screen hold?
Share your approximate guest count when you inquire. Jessie will confirm whether the screen, card layout and available venue space can accommodate your list clearly before you commit.
Can we choose the colors and wording?
Yes—share your wedding colors, preferred wording and any inspiration. Jessie will discuss the paper design, heading and layout with you, then prepare a proof for approval. Specific finishes and design details are confirmed with your quote.
Where is delivery available?
Lancaster and central Pennsylvania are the core service area. Availability depends on the event date and venue logistics. Include the venue address, access times and any placement requirements so delivery, setup and collection can be planned.
When do you need our final guest list?
Jessie will agree on the design, proof approval and final guest-list schedule with you. Ask about any changes as soon as you know about them; revision arrangements and timing are confirmed individually.
What happens to the display after the wedding?
Jessie collects the rented screen at the agreed time. Your personalized printed cards and heading can stay with you. Collection access and who will keep the paper pieces are worked out before the event.
Can we add a welcome sign or table numbers?
Ask about coordinating welcome signs and table numbers when you inquire. Any add-ons and their cost will be confirmed as part of your agreed scope.
Does requesting a quote reserve our date?
No. The inquiry page prepares a message for you to copy and send to Jessie on Instagram. It does not send a message, reserve a date or take payment. Availability, booking terms and payment arrangements must be confirmed directly with Jessie.
